VIVA – Persija ended the 2023 period with a win when they hosted PSS Sleman at the Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, Saturday 16 December 2023 evening, with a score of 1-0.
This victory means the club nicknamed the Kemayoran Tigers has a total of 32 points and is in ninth place in the 2023/2024 League 1 standings.
Of the 23 weeks that Persija have played, the team coached by Thomas Doll has won seven, lost five times and drawn 11 times. They recorded 33 goals and conceded 27 goals.
The Capital City team now has 11 matches remaining to enter the top four. Persija is only six points adrift of PSIS Semarang who is in fourth position with a score of 38 points.
