Incarcerated in Cap Manuel prison, opponent Ousmane Sonko, declared candidate for the next presidential election, is preparing, according to the communications boss of the ex-Pastef, to release a new book to present his program to the Senegalese.
For El Hadji Malick Ndiaye, the mayor of Ziguinchor took advantage of the weeks when the police had barricaded the exits leading to his home to do most of the work. According to him, his prison stay at Cape Manuel also allowed him to work well on the book and only the final adjustments remain.
