The Serbian champion is not part of the list of nominees for the 2023 ATP Awards.
Like every year, the ATP Awards reward players or tennis personalities who have particularly distinguished themselves during a season. On Wednesday, the nominees for each category were revealed. Novak Djokovic, winner in 2023 of the Australian Open, Roland-Garros, the US Open and finalist at Wimbledon, does not appear anywhere.
Alcaraz breaks racquets, gets nominated.Djokovic breaks racquets, hence doesn’t get nominated. Breaking racquets is against sportsmanship only if your name is Novak Djokovic ????????????. ATP awards is a joke????????????.Anyone can win these useless awards. We will win the awards which matter https://t.co/2cIGPN2eTq pic.twitter.com/5MiB1G6hS5
