Operating hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and are open all days except for the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays and once a month on regular holidays.
The city plans to open the facility for free during the temporary operation period and convert the usage fee to a paid facility upon the official opening. The official opening date has not been determined.
