The ex-striker is a Lautern legend and scored 52 goals (28 assists) in 147 competitive games for FCK. He most recently worked for the Austrian first division club SCR Altach, but was released in March after only five competitive wins in 24 games. Klose previously gained coaching experience at FC Bayern as a U17 coach and then assistant coach to Hansi Flick with the professionals.
