Mac Allister Hails Endo’s Impact in Liverpool’s Victory Over Fulham

Mac Allister considers the victory over Fulham to be valuable capital in navigating the schedule from this month to early January 2024.

Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister gave sky-high praise to his teammate, Wataru Endo, who is considered to have changed the game, so that the Reds managed to win 4-3 over Fulham last weekend.

Liverpool trailed 3-2 until the game started in the 87th minute. Endo’s kick was then able to change the scoreboard to a draw before Trent Alexander-Arnold finally sealed the win one minute later.

It was Endo’s first goal in the English Premier League. Mac Allister said Endo had changed the game since being introduced to replace Ryan Gravenberch. Players like Endo are needed by Liverpool when they are in a disadvantageous position.

“I think Endo changed the game, that’s for sure. [Itu] “Thanks to his goals, and the way he helps the team get the right balance too,” said Mac Allister as quoted by the club’s official website.

“Maybe when Jurgen [Klopp] pulled me out, the team is very offensive, and we need a player like Endo. I am very happy for him. He is a very good person, and deserves it.”

Mac Allister added that the victory over Fulham was a good start for Liverpool in facing a busy schedule from this month to early January 2024. After the duel against Fulham, Liverpool will play nine matches.

This week alone, Liverpool will visit the headquarters of Sheffield United and Crystal Palace.

“We know December and January are two very important months to see where we are now. “We want to fight, we want to win every game, and that’s what we will try,” added Mac Allister.

The victory over Fulham put Liverpool in second place in the standings with 31 points, two points different from the leaders, Arsenal.
