Liverpool Legend Jamie Carragher Supports Arsenal to Win 2023/2024 Premier League Title

Jamie Carragher admitted he was impressed with the performance Arsenal when holding Liverpool to a 1-1 draw at Anfield and even when losing to Aston Villa.

Speaking after the match between Liverpool and Arsenal, Jamie Carragher was asked about the candidates to win the Premier League this season. He particularly praised the strength of Arsenal’s two centre-backs and Declan Rice.

“I think I would prefer Arsenal over Liverpool. When I look at the strength of the two central defenders William Lintasa and Gabriel and Declan Rice in midfield, they look very solid,” said Jamie Carragher.

“Going to Anfield, it was difficult for them but they didn’t give away too many chances. The same thing happened at Aston Villa, unfortunately they lost,” he added.
