Dean Huijsen has the option to leave Juventus temporarily this winter, GOAL Italia knows. The eighteen-year-old defender would have no complaints about interest and can continue his career at Frosinone, among others. The current number thirteen of the Serie A is considering a possible purchase option.

Huijsen is seen by Juventus as one of the greatest talents within their own youth academy. However, the club considers it important for the Dutchman to make playing minutes on a regular basis at a good level.

Huijsen has that option at Frosinone, which is happy to take over the defender on a rental basis from Juventus. Ideally, the club will also negotiate an option to purchase, which can be exercised next summer.

‘Foreign’ clubs also follow Huijsen’s achievements with above-average interest. It is not known which clubs are involved and which country they come from. Huijsen is still with Juventus until mid-2027.

At Frosinone, Huijsen could be reunited with a number of former Juventus teammates. Enzo Barrenechea, Matías Soulé and Kaio Jorge are already on loan with the rival team this season.

Huijsen has been one of the standouts in Juventus’ Next Gen team for some time and has been part of Massimiliano Allegri’s selection several times. He made his debut in October, when he played thirteen minutes in the top match against AC Milan (0-1).

Huijsen was born in Amsterdam, but moved to Spain at the age of five. The defender grew up largely in Marbella, located in Andalusia. AS recently wrote that his big dream is to play for the Spanish national team.
