Junior de Barranquilla has begun to add reinforcements and with the official arrival of Roberto Hinojosa, Fabián Cantillo and Marco Pérez, the club’s directors continue to look for top players for the Libertadores and retain the BetPlay League title.
One of the players with whom Junior is currently negotiating is Víctor Cantillo, an idol of the house and who left Corinthians free. In addition, the defender’s desire is to return to the team of his loves, but financial agreements have not yet been defined.
Fuad Char confirmed to the media in Barranquilla that he was going to meet with Cantillo to reach a point that benefits both parties and later, the same player corroborated that same information in El Heraldo.
For now, Cantillo and Fuad Char have a meeting scheduled for next Thursday and if an agreement is reached, the player would be announced very soon as a reinforcement.
It should be remembered that he arrived at Corinthians in 2020 and stayed there for three years, managing to play a total of 112 games and two goals, but in his last season he only played 12 games, so the club decided to release him.
