Michaela Polleres and Co completed four sessions per day in Lanzarote.

75,000 square meters with 80 different sports facilities, that is the La Santa resort on Lanzarote (Spain). Here the Wimpassingen Olympic hopefuls Michaela Polleres and Aaron Fara got the finishing touches for the 2024 Olympic year. A total of ten ÖJV fighters were at the training camp last week.

“We have been laying the training-specific foundations since mid-November. We complete up to four units a day and constantly push ourselves to the limit,” reports ÖJV head coach Yvonne Snir-Bönisch. Polleres says of the training camp that ended on Saturday: “Extremely strenuous.”
