Making a choice among the thousands of outdoor sports races offered in France and Europe each year is not an easy task, you still have to find them and register. You’ve probably already realized this if you’re a regular exerciser.
This is the mission that Finishers has given itself: to help all runners, trail runners, triathletes and even swimmers to participate in the races that suit them. Halfway between a calendar, a tourist guide and an event ticket office, our ambition is to become the reference site where to find your next outdoor challenge.
???? WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?
At the head of the Communication/Marketing department, you will work in particular on the following scope of missions:
You manage the Communication/Marketing department: you help the team grow in know-how and interpersonal skills by defining and following its objectives. You are responsible for the annual content, marketing acquisition and customer loyalty plan. You build the editorial strategy and create digital and print content. You manage and optimize acquisition levers (Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEA, affiliation, etc.). You manage the various Finishers partnerships (brands, athletes, etc.). You ensure the visibility of Finishers at the various events where the brand is present: races, trade shows, etc.
???? YOU’RE THE ONE WE NEED
We are looking for an ultra-motivated person who shares our values, who wants to learn and who wants to roll up their sleeves:
You are a business school graduate or equivalent with ideally a first experience in a similar position. You are curious, creative and have the ability to propose original and innovative ideas. You are rigorous, autonomous and proactive. You are passionate about new technologies, digital and don’t miss anything about new trends in these areas. You find yourself in our values: humility, commitment and solidarity.
Bonus ????: you have good knowledge/practice of running and endurance sports in general.
Bonus ????: you have a good mastery of different acquisition campaign tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Bonus ????: you are comfortable with DTP tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
