Job Offer: Departmental technical manager – Paris Handball Committee

The Paris Handball Committee

The Paris Committee brings together 18 clubs and is a decentralized body of the French Handball Federation. It has a public service delegation, in order to organize, develop and promote the practice of handball in the City of Paris.

The Committee therefore organizes:

• All sports competitions in which the clubs are involved
o Territorial championships;
o The Paris Cup (and all the finals at the end of the season);
o The Corpo championship;
o Leisure practice.

• The designation of referees and youth referees for your competitions within the territory;

• The development of the practice of handball through joint actions with the City of Paris and our partners:
o Development of handfit within the Paris Sport Senior system;
o Running discovery workshops within schools;
o The establishment of sports sections in Parisian schools.
o The detection and renewal of the elite through its Parisian selections;

Association law 1901, the Committee is organized and made up of different commissions to operate:

• A director office;
• A board of directors;
• A competition organizing committee (COC);
• A technical commission;
• An arbitration commission and a judge-referee-youth arbitration commission;
• A shared club committee dedicated to development made up of a single member.

Among its missions, the Paris Handball Committee is responsible for the technical development of the Parisian territory by ensuring the renewal of the elites. With this objective, the Paris Handball Committee is looking for a technical framework who will be responsible for structuring and supervising the development of these actions.
