Jalen Johnson Cleared to Return to Training with the Atlanta Hawks

Good news for the Atlanta Hawks. After almost a month without being able to count on Jalen Johnson, the Georgia franchise has announced that its forward has been authorized to return to training without any restrictions; That is to say, his return is getting closer.

The one who was number 20 in the 2021 draft has not played since November 25, the date on which he suffered a fracture of the left distal radius. He has been greatly missed by the Georgia organization since then; so much so that since that day the team’s balance is 3-8.

After two discreet first seasons in the NBA, Johnson took a huge leap at the beginning of this season to average 14.6 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 31.4 minutes per night until his injury, numbers accompanied by a fantastic shooting success that is measured by 59% in field goals and 42.1% in triples. His return seems very important for a team that currently has a record of 11-15 to be 11th in the Eastern Conference.
