Cusano Milanino (Milan) – Hits his wife with the baseball bat. And it wasn’t even the first time he had mistreated her. For this reason, this afternoon, 2 December, the soldiers of the Sesto San Giovanni Company arrested, for aggravated injuries, threats and abuse against family members, a 69 year old, Italian, with no criminal record. It happened in Cusano Milanino, in via Piemonte.
The military, following a report received from the 118 operators, intervened in the house, ascertaining that the man had struck shortly before, with a baseball bat, his 64-year-old cohabiting wife, causing a wound on her head.
The woman, who arrived under code yellow at the Niguarda hospital in Milan, where she will remain under observation with no life-threatening danger, reported having suffered previous physical assaults that were never reported. The arrested man was taken to prison.
