During the verification process, if it is determined that the order is not a normal order, such as the use of a stolen card or an order under someone else’s name, the order may be put on hold or canceled at our discretion.
For non-bankbook deposits, you can deposit the product purchase price through PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank.
The name of the depositor entered at the time of ordering must match the name of the actual depositor. Payment must be made within 7 days, and orders without deposit will be automatically canceled.

Things to check before purchasing a product
– Max Badminton’s product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to studio lighting, camera flash, monitor color settings, etc.
– Clothing is provided based on each brand’s size chart.
Differences may occur depending on the person doing the measurement, measurement method, etc., and errors may occur while going through several stages of the production process.
We would like to inform you that there may be a difference in size between the condition table provided and the product you receive.
When exchange and return are possible
– Delivery error: When a product that is completely different from the ordered product is delivered incorrectly
– Simple change of mind: If the size of the delivered product does not fit or you do not like the design or color, etc. (Limited to 1 time) – Within 7 days of receiving the item, you must pay the delivery fee.
When exchanging, please enclose the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won, and when returning, please enclose the one-way shipping fee of 3,000 won.

– Initial defect: If an obvious defect in the product is discovered after receipt of the product but before use (within 7 days of receipt of the product, shipping costs are borne by Max Badminton)

Notice
– When exchanging/returning (refunding) an item, the product must be preserved in its original form, and the product tag must not be removed.
– Exchange/return/refund is possible only if the product packaging box and free gift are returned in undamaged condition.
When exchange and return are not possible
– If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product
– If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged due to the consumer’s negligence (excluding simple opening to check the product)
– If the value of the product or service is damaged or lost due to the consumer’s carelessness or use of part or all of the product, resulting in a decrease in product value.
– Careless handling: If the product is damaged during washing, repair, etc.
– Optional products: Due to their nature, items whose inherent value has changed, such as rackets with string work completed, custom-made products, and team uniforms with logo printing, cannot be exchanged/returned (refunded).
