After the EuroCup victory in London (83:81), the Towers only had 46 hours to prepare for the game in two short training sessions. The rested newcomer, on the other hand, had 13 days (!) – and was also reinforced with Georgios Kalaizakis (24) from Greek Euro League participant Panathinaikos Athens.
