FC Twente Extends Mathias Kjølø’s Contract Until 2027 in Creative Announcement

FC Twente has extended the contract of Mathias Kjølø. The Norwegian midfielder’s contract ran until mid-2025, but it now runs until mid-2027.

The club announced the contract news in an ingenious way. A video shows Issam El Maach handing out A4 sheets with the Norwegian flag and Kjølø’s head at a team meeting. The midfielder is then called forward and the Norwegian national anthem is played.
