The first signs of departures from FC Schalke 04 have already appeared in the past few days – and now the implementation will soon follow. Two players no longer have a future at Schalke and will probably leave the club.
In a disappointing first half of the season, they were only able to collect a few minutes of play and were not really convincing. According to “Bild”, Ibrahima Cisse and Niklas Tauer are about to leave FC Schalke 04 quickly.

Cissé is about to go on loan to Belgium’s second division leaders Zulte Waregem. The central defender was unable to assert himself under any coach – neither Frank Kramer, Thomas Reis or now Karel Geraerts. His main problem: lack of basic fitness.

Niklas Tauer will probably join league rivals Eintracht Braunschweig. The loan with the main club Mainz 05 should be terminated.
