The town of Lisses (Essonne) is pulling out all the stops at the end of the year. Like last year, the municipality is proposing the initiative “Enchanted Lisses Park”and set of illuminations on the theme of Christmas in the Town Hall ParkFriday December 8, 15 and 22, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. as well as Saturday December 16 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The entire park was decorated by the children of the J. Prévert Leisure Center and the Sustainable and Republican Inclusion service, all illuminated by solar LED lights.
On this occasion, different initiatives will be proposed such as an exhibition of a village from yesteryear, the tasting hot drinks and sweet treats proposed by Junior Municipal Council, a photography stand as well as stands of Lissois artisans, letter to Santa Claus and greeting card workshops and the reading of winter tales by Flamb’Arts.

Activities as part of the Telethon
At the same time, the municipality will mobilize during the Telethon from December 8 to 10 with a theme around the world.
On Friday, sport will be in the spotlight with children’s races (5 to 13 years old), a mixed “youth and adult” tournament, a 6-hour freediving challenge, first-time dives, but also activities such as a lottery and a Fear Telethon .
