Renovating a home to achieve improved energy efficiency and savings on consumer bills is now a much easier and more affordable process. The Junta de Andalucía has launched a project called the Ecovivienda Plan that includes several lines of public subsidies aimed at the rehabilitation of buildings, single-person homes or the drafting of projects. To publicize these administrative procedures and inform about the aid, the municipal land company Atrium Ulia held, yesterday, a dissemination day in Montilla. More than 50 people participated, technicians, professionals from the construction and architecture sector.
