Drummondville Resident Amélie Vigneault Wins Gold at Quebec Archery Championship

ARCHERY. At her first Quebec championship in the archery discipline, Drummondville resident Amélie Vigneault won the gold medal in her category.

Contested at the Claude-Robillard sports center in Montreal from April 21 to 23, the Quebec indoor championship (concentric sector) brought together no less than 93 archers.

Before being crowned Quebec champion among cadet women (under 18 years old) in recurve arch, Amélie Vigneault confirmed her first position in the rankings for the 2022-2023 season. Maintaining the best average of the season in her category, the representative of the Drummondville archery club got her hands on the Sylvio-Beauregard provincial circuit certificate.
