The Cowboys quarterback has moved into first place in the race for NFL MVP after his victory over the Eagles
Another week, another favorite for the NFL Most Valuable Player award.
This Monday, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott took the lead for MVP, displacing Brock Purdy of the San Francisco 49ers, with odds of +160 on ESPN BET and +150 on Caliente.mx.
It is the first time that Dak Prescott appears at the top of a list that has been dominated by quarterbacks since the preseason.

Patrick Mahomes was the leader from the preseason until Week 2, in Week 3 he shared the top with Tua Tagovailoa (Miami Dolphins), who took the lead in Week 4, in Week 5 it was the turn of Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills.

Mahomes and Tagovailoa alternated the top spot from Weeks 6 to 11, which featured Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles and Purdy displaced them last week.
Both Purdy and Dak Prescott rose to the top after beating the Eagles.
Dak Prescott has moved up the ranks since Week 10, placing 12th at 60-1 on ESPN BET. By Week 11 he rose to No. 8 at 25-1, then reached sixth place at 15-1, before placing fourth at +800 and last week reaching second place at +325.

This season Dak Prescott has completed 312 of 450 passes for 3,505 yards with 28 touchdowns – the most in the NFL – to just six interceptions, and has 44 carries for 185 yards and two scores.
With its 33-13 victory over the Eagles on Sunday, Dallas took the lead in the NFC East even though both are 10-3.
However, Philadelphia remains a favorite to win the division at -300 to the Cowboys’ +225 on ESPN BET.
