Several clubs from the English Premier League are preparing a winter offer for Mathys Tel from FC Bayern Munich. This is what transfer expert Ekrem Konur reports. However, the clubs are not mentioned by name.
The striker is currently only used as a joker for the German record champions. Behind Harry Kane, Tel is only number two in the attack center, and recently Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has increasingly been preferred.
Konur also reports that Bayern would not be interested in the 19-year-old’s departure in return. According to consistent media reports, Tel itself also wants to get by in Munich. The Sturm-Jewel had already rejected numerous loan offers last summer.
“I’m not frustrated with my playing time, but I’m definitely working on getting a regular place in the future,” Tel said at a press conference for the French U21 national team in mid-November.
