Choosing the Right Martial Art for Fitness and Fighting

I’ve been going to the gym for almost a year now and have been thinking about starting martial arts for a while now, such as boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, mma, etc.

Almost 16 years old

85 Kilo

1 75 tall about maybe more maybe less

I still have the goal of losing fat and want to get to 80 kilos, but that’s not that important at the moment.

What do you think would be good for me?

I like to move and fight

(The muscles should also be trained)

You should definitely train in several types of martial arts, such as boxing, wrestling, etc. in MMA.

I was thinking about going into wrestling, boxing or MMA.

But what do you think would be perfect?
