Change ? Rahm soon on LIV?

Rumors continue to swell around Jon Rahm. According to the “Wall Street Journal”, the Spaniard is preparing to join LIV Golf. The contract would be around $600 million.

After offering the services of Dustin Johnson, Brooks Koepka or Bryson DeChambeau, LIV Golf could also attract Jon Rahm, current world number 3. Rumors have been buzzing for several weeks and, after an article in the Telegraph announcing that an agreement was very close, the Wall Street Journal assured Thursday that the Spaniard will join the circuit financed by Saudi Arabia through the Public Investment Fund.

The Daily Mail, for its part, mentions a contract worth 600 million dollars. Since the emergence of LIV Golf in 2022, Rahm had been one of the main supporters of the PGA Tour, criticizing the Saudi circuit. Aged 29, Jon Rahm notably won the 2021 US Open and the 2023 Masters. He was also a main architect of the Europeans’ victory at the Ryder Cup this fall.
