Shivering in the cold at Christmas? No, Boris Becker (56) obviously doesn’t want to do that. The tennis star traveled to São Tomé and Príncipe over the holidays. There he enjoys the sun with his sweetheart.
“Visiting Lilian’s family over the holidays,” he writes in a photo series on Instagram. “Bobele” also wishes his fans “Merry Christmas!”
In the snapshots, the 56-year-old poses with his father-in-law, among others. Looks like Becker is already part of Lilian’s family.

There are difficult times behind Boris Becker. In April 2022 he went to prison in Great Britain for delaying bankruptcy. After around eight months, he was released early from prison in December last year.
But his time behind bars did not leave him unscathed, as he revealed in a Sat.1 interview after his release. He lost seven kilos during that time.
«It’s about sheer survival. Extremely dirty, extremely dangerous,” said Becker, describing his experience in the notorious Wandsworth Prison. One prisoner even wanted to kill him.
The Wimbledon winner is now enjoying his life in freedom even more. In another post on Instagram he writes: “I’m in a good mood approaching the end of a long and winding year, on my favorite island, with the love of my life.”
