Lias Buckwitz won the Monobob World Cup in Innsbruck/Igls.
The athlete from BRC Thühringen prevailed on Friday on the Olympic ice track at Patscherkofel thanks to two best running times, 0.25 seconds ahead of Australian Breeana Walker.
Two-man bobsleigh Olympic champion Laura Nolte from BSC Winterberg came third. Kim Kalicki from Wiesbaden did not take part in the second round.
