Solid 105-92 home victory for Chicago, which despite the important absences sends the entire starting five in double figures and can count on 24 points from DeMar DeRozan and the double double of 15 points and 23 rebounds from an inspired Andre Drummond. Without Joel Embiid, the Sixers are overwhelmed in rebounding (53-36 the final count in favor of the Bulls) and try to cling to the other star Tyrese Maxey, who scores 20 points but shoots 8/22 from the field.
After a game stopped in the pits, Luka Doncic returns to the field and with a great second half he leads his Mavericks to a 122-132 victory away against Golden State. Dallas also finds 19 points from Dante Exum and the double double of 12 points and 14 rebounds from rookie Dereck Lively II. The Warriors have decent performances from Steph Curry (25 points) and Chris Paul (24), which however are the only positive notes for a team that confirms its profound fragility and stumbles into its third consecutive defeat.
