Apparently Atlético Nacional and Cruz Azul reached an agreement for Mier to arrive as a reinforcement, achieving a deal for about 3 million euros for the goalkeeper’s services.

The information was released by journalist Felipe Sierra, who assured that Nacional will keep 20% of his rights and in the first week of January he will have to travel to present medical examinations with the Mexican team.

It is worth mentioning that Kevin Mier’s 2023 was outstanding and he was one of the figures for Nacional to win the Colombia Cup against Millonarios. Furthermore, his performance led him to be called up to Néstor Lorenzo’s Colombian National Team.

For now, we will have to wait for Atlético Nacional to make its departure official and it is expected that details about this business will be announced in the coming weeks.
