A few days after the defeat against Marseille in the Europa League, the next match for Ajax is already on the schedule. On Sunday afternoon they will look for three points against NEC in Nijmegen.
According to it Algemeen Dagblad Ajax will do this with a number of changes compared to the match with Marseille. For example, the newspaper expects Ar’jany Martha to return to the starting line-up instead of Borna Sosa. Carlos Forbs also seems to have lost his starting place again and he is replaced by Kristian Hlynsson.
The other names are the same as against Marseille. This means that Brian Brobbey is again preferred over Chuba Akpom. Because Hlynsson seems to be starting in the starting line-up, Steven Berghuis will start in attack.
