According to Le Parisien, the president of PSG spoke to the squad a few moments after the disappointing draw in the Champions League.
Paris SG posted a poor performance against Newcastle (1-1) on Tuesday which seriously jeopardizes its chances of qualifying for the round of 16 of the Champions League. The Parisians will have to win in Dortmund to put all their chances on their side and continue the adventure on the European stage.
At the end of the match, Nasser al-Khelaïfi went down to the locker room to speak to the players, reveals Le Parisien. The manager, known for sometimes raising his voice, instead had words of encouragement, specifies the daily indicating that he particularly addressed the young players of the team.
Nasser al-Khelaïfi, who is recovering from a right knee injury after playing a padel match against former Parisian midfielder Marco Verratti, will be in Dortmund to watch the Parisian club’s sixth and final group match in Germany.
