United States Dominates Archery Finals at XIX Pan American Games

Santiago de Chile, Nov 4 (EFE).- The United States, with four golds and three silvers, dominated this Saturday the various archery finals of the XIX Pan American Games, held at the Peñalolén shooting range, in the west of Santiago de Chile, with golds also for Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia and El Salvador. In the first medal in dispute of the day, the North American women’s team beat Colombia (160-153) and was proclaimed champion in the compound bow. The bronze medal went to Mexico, which defeated El Salvador (158-154).
