In the power struggle over the management of the third division soccer team TSV 1860 Munich, the Executive Board of the eV has decided that the contract with Marc-Nicolai Pfeifer will not be extended beyond the end of the season. This was decided by the shareholders’ meeting, in which the e. V. holds 100 percent. As a result, the 50+1 rule was maintained in the complex construct of TSV 1860 – and it was used. In the circular process, the executive board decided 2:1 not to extend Pfeifer’s contract. Of the vice-presidents, Heinz Schmidt voted against it with President Robert Reisinger, while Hans Sitzberger voted against it.
