All this by taking advantage of the usual crowd of people stationed in front of the premises during the weekend in the summer period, and which the criminals used to act, paradoxically undisturbed, blending in with the people present.
The victim, a 20-year-old boy living in Lucca, had the gold necklace around his neck torn off and his cell phone kept in his pocket stolen, after which the three young people fled, again taking advantage of the confusion.
The police who intervened on site, thanks to the testimonies of the victim and those present, collected the first useful elements to identify those responsible, who, with the subsequent investigations carried out, were handed over in a state of freedom to the judicial authority for the crimes of robbery , theft by snatching and malicious injury in conspiracy.
