Mario Fragoso and his wife Mariana Barrera were walking in the streets of the Center of Naucalpan, when the crew members of a municipal patrol who were apparently drunk ran over them and immediately fled, leaving them abandoned to their fate.

As a result of the injuries, the couple was taken in an emergency aboard a Red Cross ambulance to the Lomas Verdes Traumatology Hospital, where doctors report them in very serious condition and are fighting to save their lives.
