This is another victory for the anti‐corruption agenda within world tennis.
The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) confirmed this Thursday the suspension for 10 years and 6 months of the Slovenian referee, Marko Ducman, an international grade official (bronze badge) officiating on the circuits ATP, WTA and ITF.
Ducman, who cooperated with the ITIA investigation and waived his right to a hearing before an independent tribunal, admitted to manipulating data from matches in which he officiated to facilitate certain online betting.
Slovenian tennis official Marko Ducman has been suspended from the sport after admitting to breaches of the Tennis Anti‐Corruption Program.
