Jones told Fox 8 that the thought of her son keeps her alive.

“I thought about him every day. I saw his face in my head every day,” she said.

Mozingo was arrested and charged with assault, unlawful restraint, kidnapping, kidnapping, parole violation and escape.

He is being held at the Summit County Jail on $100,000 bail, according to jail records.

Mozingo has a long criminal record that includes prison time for kidnapping in 2011, 2014 and 2019.

He served 18 months in prison before being released on parole, according to court records.
