Romain Grosjean at Juncos Hollinger Racing in Indycar in 2024

Sidelined by Andretti, his team for the last two seasons, Romain Grosjean has not said goodbye to Indycar. While he has launched proceedings against his former team, the French driver (37 years old) has found a place with Juncos Hollinger Racing, where he will drive the No. 77 Dallara-Chevrolet.

Grosjean will have as partner the Argentinian Agustin Canapino (33 years old), who will complete a second season in Indycar. After joining the American Championship in 2021, at the end of his last year in Formula 1 at Haas, the Frenchman with ten podiums in F1 will evolve in a structure with limited resources, which counts as its best result this year two fifth places obtained by Callum Illott.

“Romain has been racing at the top of motorsport for a long time,” said Brad Hollinger, the team’s co-owner, in a press release. His expertise will be invaluable as we seek to redefine our level of performance, on and off the track. »
