Leroy Sané’s contract with FC Bayern Munich expires in 2025. The German record champions want to negotiate an extension with the winger shortly, but according to the Spanish sports newspaper Sport, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are now also interested in the 27-year-old.
The two top Spanish clubs want to intervene if the negotiations between Sané and FCB don’t go well. The summer of 2024 could be the time to make Sané an offer. If there is no agreement between Bayern and Sané by then, this would be the last opportunity for the Munich team to achieve a decent transfer fee for the offensive star.
“I haven’t given it any thought yet. The club wants to have discussions, but at the moment I want to concentrate on the season. FC Bayern will be my first point of contact, everything else will happen on its own,” said Sané recently.

FC Bayern, News: Miroslav Klose wanted to bring Florian Wirtz to FCB
FC Bayern Munich is reportedly interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz. However, it is not new that Bayern are after the national player: As Miroslav Klose has now revealed, he was already interested in youth player Wirtz, but there was no transfer to Munich.
“I also tried to guide Florian Wirtz to Munich,” the World Cup record goalscorer told kicker. “At the U17 championship, when he was younger, he single-handedly destroyed us,” he remembered. “With him like Jamal Musiala, it was immediately noticeable that they would appear on the big stage,” added Klose.
Klose coached FC Bayern’s U17s between 2019 and 2020.

Bayern’s former right-back Willy Sagnol has raved about Munich striker Mathys Tel: “He’s still a very young player, but his development is really good,” Sagnol told Foot Mercato. “I think he has enormous potential. What I see convinces me that he is on the right path,” he added.
Tel is shining as a joker for Bayern this season: He has nine scorer points (six goals, three assists) in 17 appearances in all competitions.

An interview in German is not expected from Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane in the near future. As the English newspaper Daily Mail reports, the FCB attacker has only had “around ten” German lessons to learn the new language since his move in the summer.
This would mean that Kane doesn’t even spend an hour a week on average, which probably isn’t enough to be able to answer questions from fans and journalists in German.
