LAS VEGAS — The backup safety Raiders, Roderic Teamer, who was activated from injured reserve on Saturday, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and speeding on Saturday night.

According to the records of the Court of Justice of Las VegasTeamer, 26, was charged with “driving with excess alcohol and/or controlled or prohibited substances” and a “basic speeding violation: 21 to 30 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.”

He will not play in the Raiders’ home game against the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday for personal reasons, the team reported.
