Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Suspects in Attempted Subway Phone Robbery

[The Epoch Times, November 10, 2023](Epoch Times reporter Cai Rong reported) The New York City Police Department’s 62nd Precinct is looking for two men suspected of trying to rob mobile phones at the D line subway station. The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. on November 4 (Saturday), when a 12-year-old girl was sitting on a bench on the southbound platform of the D line subway station in Brooklyn. Two strange men approached her and tried to take the phone from her, but failed and fled the scene. The girl was not injured.

Police released photos of the two suspects and asked the public to come forward with information. The first male suspect is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with light skin and a medium build. He was wearing a blue baseball cap, a red hoodie, red shorts and black and white sneakers. The second male suspect is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with light skin and short build. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black hoodie, black pants and black sneakers.
