PMU – Arrival of the quinté on Thursday, November 23 at Paris-Vincennes: Greco Bello beats the favorite

Arrival of the quinté: 3 – 7 – 8 – 6 – 10

Greco Bello (No. 3) made an impression this Thursday at the Paris-Vincennes racecourse (12th century). Hidden in the peloton for most of this quinté then lodged in the second layer before being forced to bypass Enattof (n° 5) without resources, the 7-year-old gelding, driven by Antoine Wiels and trained by Jean-Paul Marmion, caught up with the favorite, Graal du Trésor (No. 8) to surely win. Leading since mid-race, the latter was unable to resist in the final straight, and even finished in third place following the return of Fonzy d’Héripré (n° 7).

In control of the race from the start, Gold Voice (n° 6) took fourth place, ahead of Fétiche Atout (n° 10) who completed the good combination of the day.

“I left a little early but the competitor in front of me was tired,” explained winning driver Antoine Wiels, who won for the tenth time at this level, at the Equidia microphone. Coming out of the curve, the horse stretched out really well. He’s in good shape, it has to last. He can still win one more (race) like that. »
