The Chiefs and Eagles face off Monday night. This will be only the ninth time that the two finalists of the most recent Super Bowl face each other the following season. The last time was in 2017, when the Patriots crossed swords with the Falcons a few months after beating them. In fact, the Super Bowl winners have won the rematch the last four times. In addition to the Patriots in 2017, the Broncos beat the Falcons in 2016, the Seahawks beat the Broncos in 2014 and the Packers beat the Patriots in 1997.

It will be difficult to do better, but we still want football weekends to be as exciting as last week. No less than six games ended with field goals on the last play of the game. The Browns, Cardinals, Lions, Texans, Seahawks and Broncos all got hot until the very final seconds. Never, to this day, have six matches been decided by a field goal on the last play, during the same week of activities. We want more!

3. Who will stop CeeDee Lamb?

The Cowboys offense is firing on all cylinders and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is having his best season yet. Last week, he set a mark with a third straight game with at least 10 receptions, 150 yards and a touchdown. Against the Panthers, he could also become the very first receiver to amass at least 150 yards in four straight games. He is only 25 yards short of reaching the 1,000 mark this season.

4. The masters of the quarter bags

The clash between the Steelers and the Browns in Cleveland is a great opportunity to see two of the best quarterback hunters on the circuit at work today. The Browns are banking on Myles Garrett, the current leader with 11 quarterback sacks. The Steelers are banking on TJ Watt, who follows him with 10.5 sacks. Since Watt arrived in the league in 2017, he has 88 sacks, which ranks him first. Garrett is second, with 85.5 sacks.

5. Three pairs of brothers

The match between the Lions and the Bears will have a family feel. For only the second time in history, three pairs of brothers will be on the field. Lions tackle Penei Sewell will face his brother, Bears linebacker Noah Sewell. Receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown will also face his brother at the same position on the Bears, Equanimeous St. Brown. Finally, on the defensive front of the Lions, brothers Julian and Romeo Okwara will find themselves together like every week. The only other time in NFL history that three pairs of brothers were involved in the same game was in 1979, between Steelers and Bengals (Matt and Chris Barr, Jim and Ross Browner, Archie and Ray Griffin).
