Ligue 1: with Ruiz and Kang-in Lee starting? The probable line-up of PSG against Reims

After the slap received Tuesday evening in Milan (2-1), PSG will try to move forward this Saturday afternoon on the lawn of Reims (5 p.m.), on the occasion of the 12th day of the Championship of France. The clash is not obvious against the fourth in Ligue 1 and Luis Enrique will not be spoiled for choice when it comes to making up his starting XI. Deprived of suspended Achraf Hakimi and Randal Kolo Muani, the Spaniard must also deal with injuries to Keylor Navas, Danilo Pereira, Presnel Kimpembe, Nuno Mendes while Marco Asensio is still in the recovery phase. The young Ethan Mbappé is called in to reinforce the group.

In order to compensate for the absence of the Moroccan defender, Nordi Mukiele acts as a natural candidate for a starting place. Convincing in the left lane during the previous match against Montpellier, the French international should find his preferred position on the right. He should be supported by a rather classic rearguard: faced with the lack of available solutions, Marquinhos, Milan Skriniar and Lucas Hernandez should make up the rest of the defense.

In midfield, Luis Enrique could be tempted to line up Fabian Ruiz, rather convincing during his previous entries, in order to breathe life into a Manuel Ugarte in difficulty at San Siro. Kang-in Lee is making his fourth consecutive start in Ligue 1 in this hybrid role between the middle and the left lane. Ousmane Dembélé and Bradley Barcola should compete for the starting position on the right side. There should be less suspense regarding the attacking duo: this should probably be composed of Gonçalo Ramos, who will take advantage of the suspension of Randal Kolo Muani to find a place in the eleven, and Kylian Mbappé.

The probable composition of PSG: Donnarumma – Mukiele, Marquinhos (cap.), Skriniar, Hernandez – Fabian Ruiz, Zaire-Emery – Dembélé (or Barcola), Lee – Ramos, Mbappé.
