As the athletes announced in a broadcast on Friday, they decided to exercise the purchase option for the Nigerian, who was on loan from Czech first division club Slavia Prague until the end of the season. The LASK is now providing the 21-year-old with a working paper until summer 2028.

Usor scored his first European Cup goal for Linz in LASK’s 2-1 defeat in the UEFA Europa League against Union Saint-Gilloise (match report) and always impressed with consistent performances. Meanwhile, it was agreed not to disclose the transfer fee.

Usor a player with “enormous potential”

“Moses Usor has developed very strongly in the last few months. We are pleased that he has chosen us and that we have been able to retain a young player with enormous potential for the long term,” said Managing Director Sport Radovan Vujanovic.

In the 18 competitive games for Linz so far, Usor scored two goals (1x Admiral Bundesliga, 1x Europa League) and contributed an assist in the ÖFB Cup.
