While the Warriors are still experiencing a complicated season, the summer of 2024 already promises to be tense for the front office with the Klay Thompson situation. And we have to believe that the rear is having a hard time with what is happening with its leaders…
With a record of 8 wins for 10 losses, the Warriors are having a failed start to the season. If we put Stephen Curry aside, no one is at the level on this roster, like Draymond Green, Andrew Wiggins and Klay Thompson. But it is the situation at the rear which is the most burdensome, especially as he demands a large salary from his leaders to stay. However, it is far from justifying it today.
Klay Thompson mentally affected at Warriors
The reality is that Thompson is nowhere near the expected level. Should the Dubs give in to his salary demands for old times’ sake? The front office is responding with a “no” for the moment. Everything can change between now and the next offseason but in the meantime, it is said that Klay is having a hard time with the Warriors’ refusal… what is there to imagine a departure?

Note that this season could mark many changes for the Warriors, with the possible departure of Steve Kerr. Far from being perfect in terms of coaching, the coach is the target many reviews on the networks.
Between Klay Thompson and potentially Steve Kerr, it’s not a party for the Warriors. The Splash Brother experiences this period very badly, to the point where his confidence seems to have disappeared. A sad turn of events for one of the best shooters in the league.
