In just a few weeks, on Friday, November 24, the next World Cup season will begin. The first competition will take place in Ruka, Finland. The jumpers have already started preparations. This week they are training in Cyprus, and before the tournament they will take part in a training camp in Planica.

Thomas Thurnbichler has already revealed all the cards and for several days we have known which jumpers will take part in the competition in Finland. The coach did not decide to make any changes compared to the squad that finished the previous World Cup season. This means that Dawid Kubacki, Kamil Stoch, Piotr Żyła, Paweł Wąsek and Aleksander Zniszczoł will play in Ruka.
Of these five, all of them went to the Cypriot training camp except Dawid Kubacki, who decided to stay in Poland. At this time, jumpers take care of regeneration, which is not difficult, because in this country temperatures currently reach almost 30 degrees Celsius. On Tuesday, November 7, the Eurosport camera caught Thomas Thurnbichler and Paweł Wąsek playing football. The coach and the player passed a football to each other – a volleyball played this role – preventing it from falling to the ground.
