Great satisfaction for the Judo Club “Luigi Sicco” Savona who came close to reaching the final for third place at the Italian B A2 Beginners Championship which took place last weekend in Riccione with Vladislav Zentsev, a 14 year old Ukrainian athlete. The Judo athlete Sicco competed in the Under 15 – 50 kg category, the only representative of the category for Liguria, placing 7th place out of 45 athletes from all over Italy. Vladislav Zentsev is coached by coaches Guido Becco, Mauro Ferrando and Mario Cutaia. “Vlad gave us great satisfaction and our compliments go to him – states Laura Sicco, president of the Judo Club “Luigi Sicco” Savona – a big thank you also goes to our coaches who work every day to train our athletes in compliance with the principles of Judo”.
