Hoppmann in BUNTE: “The accused Inka Grings was suspected of aiding and abetting the withholding and embezzlement of wages. The damage amounts to 13,350 euros.” According to the justice spokesman, the 96-time international player agreed to pay a fine.
In addition to the husband of the former national coach, four other people are accused.
Grings and Martina Voss-Tecklenburg have known each other since their time at Straelen. The two were a couple for a total of six years, but the relationship ended shortly before the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. Grings about the relationship today: “We don’t have regular contact, but we are basically there for each other. I really appreciate her and I’m glad I have her in my life.”
