Manchester United dramatic 1-0 win over Fulham through a goal from Bruno Fernandes in the 11th Premier League match at Craven Cottage Stadium, Saturday (4/11).
Man United scored a goal in the 11th minute through Scott McTominay’s kick after receiving Alejandro Garnacho’s pass.
However, the goal was disallowed by VAR after Harry Maguire was deemed to be in an offside position. Maguire’s position is considered to be blocking Rodrigo Muniz’s movements.
Jonny Evans created a chance in the 32nd minute. It’s just that his volley hasn’t yet aimed at the opponent’s goal.
Fulham responded well with a chance in the 38th minute. Iwobi’s attempt went wide of Onana’s goal.
MU almost took a 1-0 lead in the 50th minute. However, Alejandro Garnacho’s left footed shot was blocked by Castagne.
Fulham responded to the Red Devils’ attack. Willian’s shot in the 58th minute almost found the MU goal, only narrowly sideways from the visitors’ goal.

Instead of scoring a goal, Fulham conceded a late goal from MU through Bruno Fernandes in the 91st minute.
The goal stemmed from the chaos that occurred in the host’s penalty box. Rasmus Holjund fights for the ball with an opposing player. Facundo Pellistri provided assistance.
Pellistri gave the ball to Fernandes who was waiting outside the Fulham penalty box. With one control, Fernandes outwits two Fulham players, then fires a right-footed shot from the end of the penalty box.
Fernandes directed the ball into the bottom left corner of Fulham’s goal without goalkeeper Bernd Leno being able to reach it.
Without additional goals in the remaining match, Man United, who appeared less than convincing in this match, ultimately won 1-0 over Fulham.
